Shipping Policy

At Asphalt Cowboy, our products are made to order and fulfilled through trusted third-party production and fulfillment partners. Your order is produced, packaged, and shipped on our behalf by the fulfillment provider assigned to your order.

Order Processing

Because our products are made to order, please allow time for production before your order is shipped. Production times can vary depending on the product, fulfillment provider, order volume, and destination.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when tracking is available.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary by product, destination, fulfillment provider, and shipping method selected at checkout.

For U.S. orders, available shipping methods may include Economy, Standard, Priority, or Express shipping depending on the product and fulfillment provider. Current estimated delivery times and shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

As a general guide, Printify currently lists approximately 4–8 business days for Economy shipping and 2–5 business days for Standard shipping for many U.S. orders. International Standard shipping may take approximately 10–30 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. 

Shipping Delays

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the applicable carrier. Delays can occur because of carrier disruptions, weather, holidays, customs processing, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. 

If your order appears to be significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll work with our fulfillment provider to determine the appropriate next step.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. If an order cannot be delivered because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping or replacement costs may apply. 

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are outside our control and may vary by destination. 

Multiple Products

If an order contains products fulfilled by different production facilities, items may arrive in separate packages and at different times.
